How can I transfer my prescription to your pharmacy?

After you sign up with us, our team will contact your pharmacy directly to have your prescriptions transferred to Bayshore Express Pharmacy.

How will your pharmacy ship my other medications that need to be refrigerated?

Our pharmacy uses climate controlled packaging for any medications that need to be refrigerated.

What should I do if I have any questions regarding my medication or order?

You may contact Bayshore Express Pharmacy at 1-844-561-1254, and a pharmacy team member will assist you.

Can unused medications be returned for a refund?

No, our pharmacy cannot  accept any returned medication nor provide a refund once it has been shipped out to your home.

How can I dispose of unused medication?

You can call us to obtain a return shipping label and ship your medications back to us for safe disposal. None of these medications will be reused or refunded. They will be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

How do I provide payment for my prescriptions or copays?

You can sign up for automatic billing by providing a credit card and we will bill your prescriptions using this card, while we would notify you if any charges are different from your usual total.
